Cortney Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a Master Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and over ten years of internal and external audit and financial and accounting consulting experience.  Skilled in risk management, including financial planning, modeling, and forecasting as well as fraud risk analysis, investigation, expert testimony, and damage assessment, Cortney is dedicated to providing a solid foundation for continued process improvement.  Extensive experience in SEC and GAAP reporting, SOX 404 project management and execution, internal control design, implementation, and testing, and fraud risk analysis, examination, and investigation allow Cortney to provide effective and efficient solutions for her clients at a fraction of the cost of competitive firms.
